Early Care and Education Coppell were founded in 2011 by Timothy Smith and Kevin Miller, both longtime residents of Flower Mound, Texas. It is a locally owned and operated business. Our objective was to establish and run pre-school and after-school programs that go above and beyond local, state, and federal guidelines in order to modernize early education.
Our beliefs are straightforward. Offer activities that are developmentally appropriate, get kids ready for public school and still let them be kids and learn through play. We place a big emphasis on social and emotional skills, physical education, sensory exercises, dual languages, thinking and reasoning, and most importantly, making sure the child is happy, based on studies from public school teachers.

Preschoolers often develop their cognitive, physical, and social skills very differently from children of other ages. Early Care and Education Coppell, recognizing this gap, has adopted the Frog Street Threes curriculum, which includes activities based on early brain development research, a broad range of activities that cover all developmental domains, intentional instruction that maximizes key windows of opportunity for growth and development, and a focus on social and emotional development with Conscious Discipline.
They think that when kids feel connected and comfortable, it’s when they grow the most. In order to give the children of Early Care & Education Coppell a safe learning environment, we work to develop a compassionate school family culture
